  1. The purpose of data processing is to send you online advertisements and to inform you on our current promotions, in case you give your explicit consent to us sending eDM letters to your e-mail account.
  2. If you communicate with us in an electronic mail, the purpose of data processing is to give you extensive answers to the questions you asked from us.

 

Furthermore, we inform you that without the aforementioned data (name and e-mail address) we are unable to include you in our newsletter-database, as these data are indispensable for the sending of the newsletters.

Period of processing personal data in the case of subscribing to the newsletter:

you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by sending a request to online@drchenpatika.com asking us not to send any more newsletters to your account. You can also unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of each newsletter. In this case we will erase you from our database.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time.

In other cases we store your data provided to us at the time of subscribing to our newsletter for a maximum of 5 years.

 

Period of processing personal data in the case of communication through electronic mail, especially concerning the storage of CV-s:

Electronic mails you sent to us and your personal data you provide to us in such letters are stored for reasons of quality control for a period of 5 years, in case you do not expressly request otherwise. You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, and in this case we will erase your data as well as your e-mail.

 

Your rights:

Right to access: You have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information. E.g.: the purposes of data processing; the categories of the personal data affected; the recipients or categories of recipients to which the personal data are disclosed or will be disclosed, including especially recipients in a third country and international organizations; the envisaged period for which the data will be stored; and the criteria used to determine that period.

Main definitions:

Data controller means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law.

 

Data processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

 

In case we cause damage by the unlawful processing of your data or by violating the requirements of data safety, we are obliged to compensate for such damages. In case we infringe your personal rights by the unlawful processing or by violating the requirements of data safety, you can request a grievance fee from us. We shall be exempted from responsibility if the damage was caused by unavoidable circumstances outside the scope of data processing. If the damage was caused by the intentional, grossly negligent behaviour of the damaged party, we are unable to compensate for the damages.
